my camera, fuji f401, is working just fine aside from the brain clots it suffers by occasionally popping up random screens. here are a few more of the test shots i took yesterday.
the thinker--actual height: 2.5"
holes in a bag
scarecrowl
red leaves+con trail
all the photo taking functions seem to be operating fine. i'm debating if i should send it in for repair. or wait until the screen says, "psst, fea, quit whining and get me fixed already."
thursday nights are now officially girls night on salinas street. g, b, and i had a classy dinner while watching the apprentice. it had been ages since i ate scottish food. mcdonald's is way below my standards. i'm a kentucky fried chicken sort of girl.
g wore the bib the came with her happy meal
today it's been super windy. the willow tree down by the creek fell down.
weeping for the willow
here's the view from our back yard:
the riviera, aka where we don't live
jg is not very happy with the birds that live right above our front door.
tiny nest (lower right corner)
big poops
let's see if you can find the difference in the two following photos:
now you see it
now you don't
it was very peculiar to see a bird scurrying around in the shadows on the deck in our back yard. and it had a dried oak leaf hanginng off its beak. interesting, eh?
i'm only showing this picture so i can use the word juxtaposition. it's jg's mountain bike mounted on top of my car.
bike in the sky
a lot of clouds in the sky today despite the whipping wind. i watched them fly by tuft by tuft. i can never take enough pictures of clouds.
