there was an old man inside the van who tried to shoo me away as i was taking this picture. there were actually two dogs, but the brown one ducked down when the man started shouting.
that dove appeared saturday morning and hung around in our back yard for a couple of days. i thought about posting a lost pet poster for it because it was walking around on the ground and occasionally trying to walk through the glass sliding door. plus it has a load of rings around its legs.
we haven't seen it at all yesterday. i hope the raccoons didn't get it.
